The Opportunity

United Capital is seeking an Executive Coordinator to work directly with Adam J. Tiktin, Founder & CEO, while supporting the broader team of commercial real estate professionals focused on retail and mixed-use investments.

This is a key role within a rapidly growing real estate firm and an opportunity to work at the center of the business, with direct exposure to dealmaking, investor relations, and the strategic direction of the company.

The Executive Coordinator will serve as a right hand to the Founder & CEO, helping ensure seamless day-to-day operations while providing critical support across executive administration, investor relations coordination, transactions, and firm operations.

The ideal candidate is motivated, ambitious, intelligent, proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented, with the ability to anticipate needs, exercise sound judgment, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This individual will also serve as an important liaison among the Founder & CEO, investors, business partners, vendors, and the United Capital team.

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive executive and administrative support to the Founder & CEO, including strategic calendar management, email correspondence, travel coordination, and day-to-day scheduling.
• Act as a primary point of contact for the Founder & CEO, managing inbound communications with professionalism, responsiveness, and discretion.
• Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and materials and ensuring all logistical details are handled.
• Organize and maintain the firm's digital and physical filing systems, primarily through Google Drive, ensuring important documentation is organized, secure, and easily accessible.
• Maintain and update the firm's deal pipeline and transaction tracker, ensuring information is accurate and current.
• Assist with the preparation and organization of investor materials, including investor kits, updates, reports, and presentations.
• Coordinate the execution and organization of key deal documents, including engagement letters, confidentiality agreements, purchase and sale agreements, and other transaction-related materials.
• Serve as a secondary point of contact for investor inquiries, helping ensure timely, professional communication and follow-up.
• Administer and maintain the firm's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring investor, partner, and contact information is accurate and up to date.
• Oversee the general organization and smooth day-to-day functioning of the office.
• Manage relationships with key vendors and service providers, including IT support.
• Order and maintain office supplies and coordinate maintenance of office equipment as needed.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.

Who You Are

• 3-5+ years of experience in a high-level commercial real estate, title, legal, executive assistant, or coordinator role. Experience in real estate, finance, title, legal, or a professional services firm is highly preferred.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities without sacrificing attention to detail.
• A high degree of professionalism and integrity, with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• A proactive, resourceful, and self-motivated mindset that demonstrates accountability and a commitment to delivering results. You are a problem-solver who anticipates needs and takes initiative.
• High level of proficiency with the Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with CRM software is highly desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a small, collaborative team.

Compensation

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Real Estate Financial Analyst to work with the Founder and CEO of the company, and his team of commercial real estate retail and mixed-use specialists. The position requires previous experience supporting Owners and/or Brokers, an understanding of financial terms and calculations, and some marketing experience. This position also involves supporting the daily activities of the team in a wide variety of tasks.

What You'll Do

• Underwrite, analyze, and help execute real estate debt and equity transactions
• Prepare financial models, presentations, and investment packages for lenders and investors
• Manage due diligence and closing processes across multiple deals
• Participate in origination efforts, building relationships with clients, lenders, and investors
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop strategies that expand the firm's deal flow and revenue

Who You Are

• Experienced in commercial real estate finance, investments, or development (3-8+ years ideal)
• Strong analytical, investment packaging, and financial modeling skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and real estate valuation techniques
• Skilled in leveraging AI tools, including ChatGPT, to enhance financial modeling, market analysis, underwriting, and investor communication
• Familiar with underwriting and structuring mixed-use, multifamily, and retail projects
• Entrepreneurial, proactive, and accountable, with a track record of taking ownership and driving results
