Adam J. Tiktin

FOUNDER & CEO

Adam serves as Founder and CEO of United Capital and Chair of its Investment Committee, overseeing United Capital's investments, commercial transactions, development joint ventures, portfolio acquisitions and platform private-equity investments. His responsibility is the strategic growth of United Capital by directing its investment business, including acquisitions and development.

With over thirty years of real estate experience, Adam has served as President and CEO of Tiktin Real Estate Investment Services and as a First Vice President of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services, and has transacted over $3 billion in value-add and opportunistic ventures throughout the United States. He successfully sold his brokerage business to Franklin Street in 2021 and founded United Capital in October 2022.

Adam holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University and worked as a CPA at Price Waterhouse prior to launching his real estate career. A native of Miami, FL, Adam currently serves on the Florida International University (FIU) Hollo School of Real Estate's Advisory Board, and is active locally, nationally and internationally in a number of philanthropic endeavors.
