New Acquisition - Closed on July 7th, 2025: LaQuinta - Bentonville, AR

Excited to announce that we’ve officially closed on the 107 room La Quinta by Wyndham in Bentonville, AR.  This hotel is located in the heart of Northwest Arkansas, just minutes from Walmart's new global headquarters, J.B. Hunt Transport Services, Inc. and Tyson Foods. 

This acquisition was a meaningful one as it reflects the continued execution of our latest Hospitality Platform and our proven investment strategy, acquiring well-located assets with clear value-add opportunities and scaling them through a disciplined, repeatable model.
